RavenKeel builds privacy-focused software. This policy explains what information our products and this website handle and how.
Information we collect
Our products are designed to work with as little personal data as possible. Settings and content (such as your feeds or timer preferences) are stored locally on your device or in your browser's built-in sync storage, not on RavenKeel servers.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, we receive limited account information from our payment providers, such as your email address and subscription status, so we can unlock premium features and provide support.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe through ExtensionPay. RavenKeel does not receive or store your full card number or payment credentials. Their handling of your data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy and ExtensionPay's privacy policy.
How we use information
We use the limited information we receive only to provide and support our products, manage subscriptions, and respond to your requests.
Support requests
Messages sent through our support form are collected by Tally, our form provider. We use what you submit (such as your email address and message) only to respond to your request.
We do not sell your data
RavenKeel does not sell, rent or trade personal information, and does not use it for advertising.
Third-party content
Some products, such as TideWire, fetch content from third-party websites you choose. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
Data retention and your choices
You can remove locally stored data at any time by uninstalling the product or clearing its data. To ask about or delete information associated with your subscription, email us.
Children
Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy and will post the revised version on this page with a new date.
